Heart50 Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU)

Welcome to Heart50! Before joining our community, please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) carefully. By participating in our multilevel donation system, you agree to comply with the following rules and commitments.

  1. Donation Amount and Payment Method:
    • Heart50 operates exclusively with a one-time donation of 50 USD, payable in USDT via the Tron network.
    • Once your donation is made, no refund is possible, as the funds are immediately distributed to sponsors according to our distribution structure.
  2. Transaction Responsibility:
    • We are not responsible for errors related to incorrect configuration of your USDT Tron Network address in your Heart50 account.
    • If funds are transferred to an incorrect or misconfigured address, the money will be irretrievably lost. Please double-check your information before making any transaction.
  3. Transfer Timeframes:
    • Donations are distributed in real time to Heart50 accounts. Transfers to recipients’ external USDT Tron Network addresses are processed within a maximum of 24 hours after the donation is received.
    • If you have not received your transfer within this timeframe, please contact us immediately at donate@heart50.com.
  4. Lifetime Commitment:
    • Each donor becomes a lifetime recipient upon referring at least one person. You remain eligible to receive donations continuously as long as you adhere to our rules.
  5. Prohibition of Multiple Account Creation:
    • Creating multiple accounts in an attempt to become a recipient at various anchor points in the system is strictly prohibited. Any attempt at manipulation will result in the suspension or permanent deletion of the accounts involved.
  6. Identity Verification:
    • We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the safety and integrity of our community.
  7. Data Protection:
    • It is strictly forbidden to use other users’ data for personal purposes or for any reason unrelated to the advancement of Heart50. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate sanctions.
  8. Account Suspension or Deletion:
    • A recipient may be suspended or removed from our system if they fail to comply with our rules or if we have evidence that they pose a risk to the continuity of Heart50.
  9. Community Commitment:
    • Heart50 is built on values of solidarity, transparency, and generosity. We encourage all participants to promote these principles in their interactions with the community.
